Alderney Airport routine runway maintenance

Alderney Airport’s main asphalt runway 08/26 will be closed late Saturday afternoon (23rd November) whilst staff carry out preventative maintenance on a small part of the runway surface.
The repair work will be carried out once all scheduled commercial passenger flight movements have been completed for the day.
The grass runways 13/31 and 03/21 will be available subject to suitable weather conditions for any private aircraft movements.
Alderney Airport’s Fire and Rescue Service cover will be maintained whilst the preventative maintenance is being carried out. Medevacs out of Alderney will be accommodated should they be required.
