Guernsey Ports manages on behalf of the States of Guernsey a wide variety and range of property on its estate in St Peter Port harbour, St Sampson's harbour, Guernsey and Alderney Airports.
This can range from buildings, storage units, land and space. We have tenants using our property for office accommodation for the public and private sectors. Or as storage or light industrial units serving the aviation and maritime sectors of the Bailiwick's economy.
At Guernsey and Alderney Airports. Guernsey Ports also manage several properties, from hangars and business premises in the aviation support services sector, storage units, and offices suites in the terminal. We also manage space for over the counter airport services (hire cars) and passenger terminal concessions (food and beverage, retail and duty-free outlets). Other business sectors also lease Ports property for their requirements.
Space can also be leased in the foot passenger terminal on the New Jetty in St Peter Port Harbour for over the counter services such as travel company customer services to hire car representation.
Around the Harbours estate, there are a very small number of residential (local market) properties arranged on long term lease basis between the tenant(s) and the Ports.
